Q: When is my order shipped?

Orders are typically verified, tailored, created, quality checked, packaged and shipped between 1-5 days after the order being placed depending on demand.

You can track your order in two ways: 

  1. If you have an IOS/Android you can track your order through Arrive
  2. You can also track your order online using 17Track

Q: When will I receive my item?

Delivery time depends on where the item is being shipped around the world. Typically, International delivery takes arrive 2-4 weeks after an order is placed (as it also has to clear customs between countries during shipping). The average delivery time after leaving the warehouse is 2-3 weeks.

Q: How secure is your website?

Our store and checkout process is built on the Shopify e-commerce platform. All credit card and transaction information are protected by the same level of security used by banks: a 256-bit SSL certificate.

All payments on our website, including credit card transactions, are processed through Shopify Pay (supported by Stripe), a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Q: Help! I entered the wrong address! Can I change it?

Please email LuckyWrists@gmail.com with the subject title: 'Address Change' and we will try our best to fix it!

Q: What if I want to return a product that I ordered?

You have 14 days from the day of your product being delivered to notify Lucky Wrists about returns. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way please contact our sales staff at LuckyWrists@gmail.com and we will work with you to either exchange your item for another or issue a full refund depending on the issue you are having.
